Is it time to ditch the templates? Our SaaS feels "generic" and users are leaving.

I think we’ve hit a wall. Our platform has grown, but the UI/UX is still based on the original templates we used for the MVP. Now, as we add more complex features, the whole thing feels like it’s held together by duct tape. We’re losing people at the onboarding stage — users we spent six months and a lot of money to acquire. I’ve looked into those "AI-powered" design tools everyone is buzzing about, and we even tried an offshore team, but the result is always the same: it looks "okay" but the logic is broken. It doesn't feel premium or intuitive. Has anyone worked with a high-level specialist who can actually dismantle a product and fix the core UX issues? I need someone who won't just say "yes" to my ideas but will tell me what’s actually wrong with our process.

What you're describing is a classic "bad onboarding" leak. You can have the best marketing in the world, but if your product is one confusing step away from losing a user, you're just burning cash. Templates and AI can't replace a senior-level understanding of product logic. If you're looking for someone with a surgical eye for detail, I’d suggest reaching out to this freelance product designer She has 8 years of experience and is known for having incredibly high standards. What I love about her approach is that she specifically works with founders who have run out of patience with mediocre, "cookie-cutter" design. She doesn't just "refresh" the look; she finds where the logic is failing and fixes it so the product can scale without breaking. It’s a mix of a very refined artistic vision and deep strategic thinking. If you want your product to actually stay relevant as it grows, she’s the one to talk to.
