I just came across this thread and it’s interesting how many people are trying to figure out ways to stay more connected with themselves. I don’t really use apps for that kind of thing, but I’ve noticed that awareness usually comes and goes depending on how busy life gets. When everything is calm, I naturally reflect more, but when things get hectic, I just switch into autopilot.
