An ex-colleague of mine suggested casigood-gb.co.uk  after I went through a pretty messy breakup, just to help me distract my mind. One night, when I was staring at the ceiling unable to sleep at all, I decided to take a look. I was surprised by how calm the environment is; no annoying lags or over-the-top distractions. I made some coffee, got comfortable, and finally felt my mind clear after weeks of high stress. It was exactly the "mental reset" I needed to feel human again.
